Position Overview

We are seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and present our bathroom remodeling solutions. In this role, you will work directly with customers in their homes, helping them design the bathroom they envision while providing professional recommendations and closing sales.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based pay and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with homeowners
• Present bath remodeling products and solutions
• Use company sales tools to design and present custom bath layouts
• Provide pricing and close sales during consultations
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through professional communication
• Participate in ongoing sales training and product education
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and sales activities

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required
• Experience in construction, home remodeling, or home improvement sales preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local service area
• Professional, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
