Digital Marketing Manager
Renken Remodeling is a growing home remodeling company seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is obsessed with systems, ad platforms, and lead performance. This role owns our digital lead generation engine and keeps a tight handle on data, tracking, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid/organic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on cost per lead/demo and cost per sale.
- Manage third-party lead providers, monitor lead quality, and adjust budgets and sources based on performance.
- Build and improve funnels: landing pages, forms, thank-you pages, and follow-up flows to maximize conversions.
- Configure and maintain tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) across platforms and tools.
- Create clear performance reports and dashboards; share insights and recommendations with leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and events teams to ensure consistent lead handling, follow-up, and feedback loops.
- Coordinate with web/SEO resources to strengthen local visibility in our service areas.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of performance-focused digital marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Experience with lead generation for service-based or home improvement businesses strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and platform reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools and basic marketing automation.
- Clear communicator who can work closely with sales, operations, and outside partners.
