Main role of the position:

Ensure the compliance of good practices in software development, guaranteeing the correct execution of projects under BBVA methodologies. Leading the relationship with value areas and technical teams, providing specialized support, eliminating frictions, and promoting efficient, secure, and aligned solutions to the bank's objectives.

Academic background:

Graduated in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Software, or related fields, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Project Management and/or Software Development.

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in software development and technology project execution areas.

Technical knowledge/tools:

Altamira, Accounting, Reconciliation, Loans, Personal Accounts, Payment Methods, among others.

Methodologies for documentation of requirements and Software Development.

Project Management Tools: Jira or similar.

Management of technology projects.

Development of Web and/or Mobile Applications.

JAVA, ORACLE, SQL, and MYSQL.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen the security posture.
