Main Role Of The Position:
Lead software development initiatives and manage technology projects, ensuring the delivery of efficient, innovative, and business-aligned digital solutions. Lead internal and/or external teams, optimizing resources and ensuring the fulfillment of objectives on time, quality, and budget.
Educational Background:
Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. Desirable with postgraduate studies in project management, MBA, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in areas of software development and/or technology project management, with responsibilities in team leadership and strategic objective fulfillment.
Technical Knowledge/Tools:
Project budget management.
User administration and access management.
Coordination of internal teams and external suppliers.
Direction of technology projects or software lifecycle management.
Software development.
Database administration.
