Main Role of the Position:

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects following the organization's methodologies and standards, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategy and compliance with objectives. You will be in charge of a multidisciplinary team of software development and must ensure the correct management of budget, management indicators, and software quality.

Academic Background:

Graduate in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Software or related fields with programming. Postgraduate in project management, software engineering, or similar.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in areas of software development and/or technology projects. Three (3) leading development teams and technology service providers.

Technical Knowledge/Tools:

• Development of Web and/or Mobile Applications
• Architectures for large-scale data processing
• Stages of software development cycle
• Budget management
• Supplier management

• Oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Emotional intelligence
