Main Role of the Position:

Collect, analyze, and present strategic information that enables informed decision-making, working collaboratively with team leaders. Special focus on tracking the performance of development factories, ensuring visibility and facilitating the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.

Educational Background:

Professional in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Type and Years of Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience preferably in technology development environments, financial sector, or continuous improvement areas in roles related to data analysis, metrics management, and quality projects.

Technical Knowledge/Tools:

• Design and tracking of KPIs.
• Performance metrics in agile or development environments.
• Advanced use of tools like Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Project methodologies and quality management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Analytical capacity and critical thinking.
• Clear and effective communication, both oral and written.
• Leadership and influence to align multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactivity, self-management, and problem-solving focus.
• Ability to transform data into actionable information.
