Main Role Of The Position:

Lead software development initiatives and technology project management, ensuring the delivery of efficient, innovative, and business-aligned digital solutions. Lead internal and/or external teams, optimize resources, and ensure the fulfillment of objectives on time, quality, and budget.

Educational Background:

Graduated in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. Desirable with postgraduate studies in project management, MBA, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector in software development areas and OpenSource tools. Desirable two (2) years of technical leadership.

Technical Knowledge/Tools:

• Project budget management.
• Technologies such as Java, J2ee, EJB, Spring, Databases (Oracle, SQL), BPMs.
• Component-based development.
• Service-oriented development (REST-XML, REST-JSON, SOAP), API Google, Android, IOS, Amazon, Icloud.
• Frameworks management such as Spring, Cells.
• Continuous integration.
