Generate GM products ideas, based on the BEC and Retail Banking clients' profiles and needs. Focus on boosting revenues by developing new product proposals - Price the different GM products available for non-CIB clients' requests, in coordination with the Global Markets (GM) trading and structuring desks and the non-CIB Products & Segments units. Execute the operations/transactions, registering them in the BBVA internal applications and/or coordinating the deal closing with the GM trading and structuring desks - Assist in the handling the Multiproduct Specialists ad-hoc equity and structured products requests for BEC and Retail clients' - Elaborate all commercial and marketing documentation to launch new products campaigns for BEC and Retail clients, including all pre-trade and post-trade data - Help define the GM products' catalogue for non-CIB clients together with the GM structuring team. Coordinate the approval of the products' catalogue by the non-CIB Products & Segments units - Track and monitor the Sales Networks Multiproducts unit activity, results, pipeline and budget compliance. Coordinate the elaboration of periodic and ad-hoc reports about main activity indicators - Draft and review relevant legal documentation and contracts in collaboration with Legal CIB - Stay abreast of the specific regulation that may affect the equity derivatives and structured products commercialization to the BEC and Retail clients. Comply with both internal and external operational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements - Generate recurrent income in order to meet the revenue targets that are set each year in the Sales Networks Multiproducts unit and the Internal Networks Regional unit overall budget - Prepare marketing materials to introduce the unit’s activity (products, procedures, systems, market position, etc.) to both internal and external clients - Participate in different strategic and pipeline committees of the Internal Networks regional unit BEC regional unit and the BBVA regional branches, when required - Promote the coordination and strategic alignment with the GM trading and structuring desks and the non-CIB units in order to mainstream the products and customer needs knowledge - Report to in-line unit manager on a periodic and ad-hoc basis about main unit projects and performance indicators
