Perform the activities inherent to the support processes in the area of Risk Management / Recoveries & Collections that have been assigned according to the guidelines established by the service manager, and according to the methodology established by the discipline, in order to ensure the adequate fulfillment of the processes under the service level and quality agreements committed.
