What We Are Looking For

Functions:

• Support in the creation and optimization of solutions using Google Apps Script.
• Collaboration in the activities necessary for the development and implementation of the Process Academy training program.
• Support to internal clients in topics related to Process Architecture.
• Processing, analysis, management of key information and documentation for the team's operation.
• Elaboration of process diagrams and models in the ARIS tool, following the BPMN notation.
• Management and maintenance of users and accesses in the ARIS tool.
• Participation in information gathering activities, such as interviews and job shadowing.
• Monitoring and ensuring the completeness of the team's project KPIs.

Requirements:

• Degrees: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management and Senior Management
• Technical Skills: Excel, SQL, Google Scripts, Process Modeling
