What We Are Looking For

Functions:

• Perform the review and validation of the mortgage credit proposal, under parameters established by Risks.
• Daily follow-up of mortgage credit operations and attention to the commercial area (CNH) and Network.
• Operational and supplier control of operations in the factory and correct derivation.
• Implementation and maintenance of OS-Lending Hipo Factory. Ensuring ANS's, TMO's, and required levels of attention. Planning and follow-up of Projects and new Business Initiatives and Stakeholders.

Requirements

Academic Background: Professional in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in mortgage credit management, risk validation, or operations area in financial entities. Experience in validation of credit proposals, credit factory processes, or risk management. Participation in the implementation of projects or technological improvements in banking (ideal if you know OS-Lending and banking tools or other origination systems).

Technical Knowledge: Credit mortgage approval processes: policies, risks, internal and external regulations. Management of operational indicators (ANS, TMO, SLA, Attention Levels). Management of digital credit management tools (OS-Lending, core banking, CRM). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and management of reporting tools (Google Locker Studio desirable). Project management (Agile, Scrum desirable).
