What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a digital leader who wants to build processes from scratch, challenge the status quo, and be a protagonist in the development of new disruptive bank products. This role combines strategy, innovation, and technology to transform the way we operate and compete against the ecosystem.

Functions:

  • Define and structure the operational and support processes of new digital products, under an end-to-end approach.
  • Align process flows with product, technology, risk, and customer experience strategies.
  • Promote digitalization and automation through BPM, RPA, or artificial intelligence tools.
  • Implement digital monitoring models and control panels that allow timely visibility on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze efficiency, quality, and service time metrics, proposing improvement actions based on data.
  • Coordinate the management of incidents and the optimization of flows with the involved areas.
  • Ensure the adherence of the processes to the internal regulations, operational risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the traceability and documentation of the processes in the institutional repositories.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices and agile methodologies oriented to the experimentation and rapid validation of solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and digitalization to increase the bank's competitiveness against fintechs.
  • Collaborate actively with Product, Technology, and Customer Experience teams in the evolution of digital journeys.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or a degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in designing, improving, or monitoring digital processes.
  • Experience leading innovation or transformation teams and projects.
  • Handling of analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of process automation (BPM, RPA, Process Mining).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and Lean approach.
