What We Are Looking For:

  • Ensures adequate Governance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCM).
  • Analyze and classify the incidents reported by the Technological Events Table (MET) according to the definitions of the BCRP Circulars and regulatory bodies.
  • Permanently evaluate the proximity of the expiration of the RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and inform the BCRP preventively about possible non-compliances.
  • Ensure continuous communication (every 30/60 minutes) from the Incident Manager to the affected entities (Directory Managers, Providers, etc.) during the resolution of the incident.
  • Coordinate with the Product area the need to interrupt or restrict services (wallets, mobile banking) if the incident requires it, and communicate such actions to the BCRP and/or regulatory bodies.
  • Convene functional War Room sessions, at the request of the regulated entities, to report on the status and solution of an incident.
  • Prepare and send detailed post-incident reports to the BCRP according to the established deadlines.
  • Validate the consistency in form and substance of the technical report sent by MET before sending it to the regulator.
  • Ensure the timely, complete, and error-free delivery of all data reports (Annexes, Guides) in CSV format via SFTP, complying with the schedules set by the BCRP.
  • Establish internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the information-generating areas (MET, Product) to ensure sufficient validation time.
  • Manage the sending of specific reports (e.g., Adquirencia Annex 5, User Variation) and the monthly maintenance report, verifying their consistency.
  • Save the evidence of the confirmed sending (SFTP or email) and manage the immediate correction of detected errors (escalating to Reliability or MET).
  • Preventively inform the BCRP of any delays in reporting due to force majeure or errors, with copy to Relationship with Supervisors.
  • Implement and monitor controls and alerts for the critical operational scenarios defined in the regulations and their annexes.
  • Monitor compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs; in case of deviation, adopt and communicate the appropriate measures to the BCRP to avoid recurrences.
  • Manage and execute the timely communication of all types of maintenance (Scheduled, Corrective, and Emergency) to the BCRP and to the affected entities (Managers, Providers).
  • Ensure strict compliance with deadlines (e.g., 18:00h day before for Scheduled; before execution for Emergencies) and the required subject/body formats by the regulator.
  • Other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in technology areas.
  • Knowledge of business continuity norms Circular 877-2020, 000814-2025
  • Knowledge of BCRP regulations 0009-2024, 005-2025, 0027-2022
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in conducting effective presentations.
  • Soft skills: analytical capacity, proactivity, effective communication, adaptability.
