The area of Digital Sales & Marketing Global de BBVA is formed by 7 strategic programs (Portfolio & Organization, Brand, Strategic Marketing, Digital Capabilities, Paid Media, Data & IT, Marketing Enterprises and Digital Business), in addition to a liquid team that works in Agile format, adapting with flexibility to the priorities of each moment.

The position will integrate within this liquid team, contributing mainly to the Digital Business program, and collaborating transversally in initiatives of global impact.

About the job:

Misión del rol

We are looking for a person who will lead the commercialization of digital products and services oriented to BBVA's individual customers. The objective will be to drive business results, foster top-level digital capabilities, and contribute to BBVA's positioning as a leader in innovation and customer experience.

The position will begin in a junior role as an Analyst, with great opportunities for learning and professional development in an international and diverse environment.

Responsabilidades principales:

Strategic commercialization: design and co-create launch and commercialization plans (calendars, channels, activation levers) ensuring the achievement of results.

Digital marketing and performance: deploy digital capabilities to maximize sales and conversion, integrating methodologies such as testing, behavioral economics, and CRO.

Brand building: ensure that performance strategies also strengthen BBVA's attributes and values.

Integral lead management: develop lead capture and management models that leverage BBVA's physical and digital ecosystem.

Innovation and digital business: explore new sources of business generation and establish strategic relationships with third parties.

Customer experience: ensure fluid and high-value journeys, always focused on improving satisfaction and conversion.

Global digital training: create roadmaps and dynamics to deploy digital sales capabilities in all BBVA countries.

Conocimientos y experiencia:

Previous experience between 0 - 2 years.

Knowledge in banking products, especially insurance.

Knowledge in Marketing and Branding: from awareness to consideration, understanding the levers of each phase.

Digital marketing and e-commerce: user experience, digital analytics, SEO, CRO, behavioral economics.

Digital business: design of strategies, innovation, relationships with third parties, and sensitivity to acquisition costs.

Knowledge of human sales forces (offices, managers, contact centers) and their management.
