Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for presenting weekly funnels by product and channel: Analysis of the funnel by product and channel; detection of pain points and improvement opportunities; Analysis of the funnel by channel; Detect and alert about optimizations or improvements in digital marketing and measurement of impacts before changes (Example: migration to Glomo, new screens, among others).
• Follow-up of digital sales: Elaboration of sales reports: month progress, week by week, pre-closing and month-end closing; Consultation of digital sales transactions and Daily obtaining of online and offline sales of Cards and Loans for the follow-up of squads and Validation of monthly digital sales results reported by Finance.
• Follow-up of other digital sales KPIs: Delivery of input for the calculation of open market sales (non-customers); Calculation of business KPIs: liabilities and assets (balances, billing...) and Follow-up of % activation of assets and liabilities.
• Obtaining profiles for digital sales: Discriminating digital customer behavior before and after product acquisition; Identifying niches of action and opportunity for digital sales growth and Benchmarking vs competitors (where applicable).
• Participation in projects related to digital sales

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in data analysis.
• Handling of Dashboards and Databases.
• Experience in growth strategies and methodologies.
• Knowledge in sales growth.
• Desirable: Knowledge and handling of SQL.
