Principal Function of the Role:

Transform large volumes of data into strategic solutions by designing, developing, and implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence models. Actively participate in identifying opportunities for improvement, working collaboratively with different areas of the bank to solve complex challenges based on data.

Academic Background:

Graduate in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Desirable with a postgraduate degree in areas such as artificial intelligence, analytics, project management, or similar.

Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in areas of data exploitation and analysis and development and implementation of machine learning models.

Technical Knowledge/Tools:

• Management of Google workspace.
• Management of office tools.
• Exploitation and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
• Design and maintenance of predictive models and AI that add value to the business.
• Clear communication of findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Continuous improvement of analytical models and processes to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
• Cloud services (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
• Dominance of Python and PySpark.
• Applied statistics.
• Predictive models and machine learning techniques.
• Structured and unstructured data.
• Artificial intelligence, especially LLM (Large Language Models) models.
