Data Analytics Specialist

The area of Reporting, Performance and Data Management is responsible for the operational execution of securitizations and portfolio sales, and for providing the necessary data for analysis and management. It also leads transformation projects, such as the design of scalable information infrastructure and the implementation of visualization and analysis tools leveraged on AI. Finally, it is responsible for the design of dashboards for real-time data tracking and budget management of the area.

We are looking for a dynamic person, passionate about data and with the following skills:

• Experience between 5 and 10 years, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Data Science and with solid knowledge in the field.
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis, with critical thinking.
• Ability to manage time, managing efficiently the delivery times and with the ability to assign priorities to tasks.

Principales Funciones

• Development of processes and analytics.
• Implementation of new calculation methodologies or development and improvement of existing ones.

Requerimientos

• Degree: Specific training in Data Science.
• Broad knowledge in Data Analytics and mastery of programming software tools (Python, Spark, Hadoop, PySpark, …) and massive data analysis systems (Big Data).
• Desirable experience with reporting tools (Microstrategy, Tableau, …)
• Desirable previous experience in the BBVA ADA environment as well as knowledge of the BBVA infrastructure, processes and data.
• Desirable knowledge of the software development life cycle: code repository, branch management, versioning, deployments.
• High level of English (C1).
