Job Title: Lead Generative Artificial Intelligence Solutions

Main Role of the Position:
Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence. Acting as a technical reference, guiding projects from idea to implementation, defining best practices, advising other engineers, and making key decisions about cloud technology architecture (AWS and Azure), having a key impact on the evolution of the bank's AI capabilities.
Academic Background:
Graduated in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields. Desirable with a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or other related areas.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in areas of development on AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch), consuming APIs of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock) with application of Prompt Engineering, and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket.
Technical/Tool Knowledge:
Programming Language: Advanced mastery of Python
Cloud (AWS): Lambda, App Runner, DynamoDB, OpenSearch.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.
DevOps and CI/CD: Jenkins, Bitbucket (includes Bitbucket Pipelines), Git.
Generative AI: APIs of OpenAI (GPT), Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, Gemini.
AI Frameworks (desirable): LangChain, LlamaIndex.
Python Libraries: FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Boto3.
