Main Role Function

You will actively participate in the technical support model for the ADA platform, managing batch flows, analyzing technical failures, and collaborating with data scientists in controlled environments (SandBox). You will also be responsible for proposing and implementing operational automations that contribute to team efficiency and the development of solutions like Monitor 2.0, aimed at proactive infrastructure monitoring.

Academic Background

Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related fields.

Desired Certifications for the Role

AWS or Big Data Certification

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in the financial sector in distributed data processing and technical support in cloud or big data environments.

Technical Knowledge - Tools

• Advanced analytics or artificial intelligence projects
• Python programming language
• Distributed processing in Apache Spark
• Cloud services or AWS: EMR, Glue, Lambda, S3, Athena, CloudWatch
• Fundamentals of machine learning and advanced analytics
• Familiarity with monitoring, validation, and automation tools
