Functions:
1. Academic Background: University degree in technology-related areas (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.).
2. Technical Skills: Software development: Mastery of programming languages, frameworks, and relevant technological tools for project development (e.g., Java, Python, Scala, agile frameworks, DevOps tools, etc.).
Manipulation of databases or data repositories: Postgresql, Oracle, Hadoop.
Experience in Big Data projects, Cloud AWS, and On-Premise.
Knowledge and experience in data modeling, data ingestion, quality rules, productivization of engines, and analytical models.
Knowledge of agile methodologies: Experience in Scrum, Kanban, or any other agile framework, as well as related tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
Management of incidents and post-production support: Ability to manage, debug, and resolve problems in production and ensure the stability of projects after their deployment.
Quality management of the code: Knowledge in unit testing, integration testing, code analysis, etc.
Digital Factory: Experience in managing the guidelines and standards defined by a software factory, including process automation, continuous integration, etc.
3. Additional Knowledge: Experience in different phases of a project: Ability to participate from the ideation phase to post-production support, adapting to different needs and expectations of stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc.
Problem-solving and decision-making: Ability to address technical and organizational problems, offering effective and quick solutions.
