One of the key positions for achieving our goals is the Business Process Engineering Principal Manager. Here are the activities for this vacancy:

Principal Responsibilities:

• Generates solution proposals for a program or more
• Supervises the execution of projects under his/her responsibility
• Generates solution proposal for different topics of a program: Lines of attention and deployment roadmap / Budget management / Management of indicators / People development
• Be a reference for colleagues who aspire to this position

Challenges of the Position:

• Performing the role of Program Manager
• Communication with Portfolio, N3s, and forums to DGs
• Sharing knowledge and skills with the community
• Participate in the construction of the community
• Be an active promoter of actions to build the best place to work

The vacancy has a hybrid work scheme, with headquarters in the Corporativo Torre Reforma BBVA.

Desired Knowledge:

• Team management, quality in value delivery, sense of urgency
• Strategy, assertiveness
• Portfolio project administration

Essential Knowledge:

• Generate solution proposals for a specific program
• Manage roadmap and project portfolio administration
• Calculate financial impact of the program

Education:

• Industrial or Systems Engineering / Administration (Graduated) - Master's Degree (Desired)
• Agile Methodology Certification / Data Analysis (Essential)

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years in project portfolio administration
• 1 to 3 years managing teams
• 1 to 3 years generating solution proposals for a program or more
