Main Role of the Position:

Design, optimize, and transform high-impact business processes, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategy. This person will be key in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, leading initiatives for organizational transformation and automation with a comprehensive (end-to-end) view of the processes.

Educational Background:

Graduate in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Software, Computer Science, or related fields. Desirable with postgraduate studies in data systematization or related areas.

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience preferably in the financial sector in areas of Business Process Engineering and process transformation.

Technical Knowledge/Tools:

• Transformation of processes in retail channels and office network.
• Optimization of back office operations.
• Process modeling and management tools.
• Application of Lean methodologies.
• Use and analysis of data for process improvement.
