Head of Enterprise Workplace and Platform Services

The Head of Enterprise Workplace and Platform Services is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for workplace technology and enterprise platforms across the organization. This role ensures seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences for employees, while aligning platform capabilities with business goals and innovation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for enterprise workplace and platform services.
  • Align technology initiatives with business objectives to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

• Platform & Workplace Management:

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle of enterprise platforms including collaboration tools, endpoint management, and cloud services.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of workplace systems across physical and virtual environments.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including platform engineers, workplace support, and service delivery managers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with business units, cybersecurity, HR, and facilities to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Technology & Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital workplace, cloud computing, and enterprise platforms.
  • Drive adoption of automation, AI, and self-service capabilities to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.

• Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement robust monitoring, reporting, and incident management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, VMware, Azure).
• Strong understanding of workplace technologies, endpoint management, and user experience design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, ITIL practices, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Emotional intelligence and team building.
• Familiarity with hybrid work models and global service delivery.
