The Supervisor, Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of the clinic by overseeing support staff, facilitating process improvements, and ensuring adherence to administrative and clinical policies. This role plays a key part in monitoring workflows, improving patient access and satisfaction, and supporting clinic-wide performance initiatives aligned with leadership objectives.
This position is essential to the day-to-day success of a concierge-style clinic, supporting a unique patient population that includes executives, high-profile individuals, and Baylor leadership. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with elevated expectations for service and discretion.
In addition to traditional supervisory responsibilities, this role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility in problem-solving, and a proactive approach to workflow management. Candidates with prior experience in a concierge, executive health, or high-volume ambulatory clinic setting will be best suited for this role.
