- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in leading large-scale marketing technology platform transformations and enterprise implementations.
- A strong background in people management is essential, with at least 5 years of experience managing both external and internal resources.
- The successful individual will have a proven track record in managing successful marketing programs across multiple channels.
- They should possess deep expertise in designing and building Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automations, and Personalization Platforms at scale.
- Exceptional business and technical acumen is required, along with the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive measurement impact.
