- A proven track record in gathering user requirements and developing custom business solutions is essential.
- The candidate should possess strong project management skills, ideally with PMP certification, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to distill complex topics into actionable summaries.
- Familiarity with modern development practices and coding in shell, Python, or JavaScript for API integrations is required.
