We are looking for a Sales Representative (M/W/D) Home Care – Clinical Nutrition & Pharma (ITP) for the areas Aachen, Köln, Siegen, Wetzlar.

Baxter counts worldwide to the leading providers in the parenteral nutrition and pharmaceuticals. Our portfolio includes, among other things, ready-to-use multi-chamber bags and is supplemented by vitamins and trace elements. In the pharmaceutical area, we offer oncological special injectables products (SIP) as well as ready-to-use therapies and anesthesia gases for optimal patient care. Our modern portfolio offers the best opportunities to adequately and efficiently treat patients.

Your tasks:

In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of our products from the areas Clinical Nutrition and Pharma in the home care channel. You will work closely with homecare providers, care services, oncologists, and private doctors and actively shape the transition from the clinic to outpatient care.

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales of parenteral nutrition and oncological pharmaceutical products in the home care environment
  • Support and development of homecare providers, DLV partners, and case managers
  • Ensuring an efficient patient flow between the clinic and homecare
  • Securing the business of existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing networks
  • Conducting product meetings, trainings, and trainings
  • Visits to oncologists and other relevant HCPs
  • Close cooperation and project work with the clinic outside service in the context of the transition
  • Participation in congresses and customer events
  • Sales, measure, and annual planning in your own area
  • Support of regional DLV customers & case managers
  • Acquisition of new homecare partners (medical supply houses, SAPV teams, palliative networks, care services)

Your profile:

  • Scientific study, clinical training or business background, alternatively: nursing profession, diet assistance, ecotrophology
  • Pharma representative (IHK) or knowledge §75 AMG
  • Medical device consultant §31 MPG (can be followed up)
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the German healthcare market
  • Ideally Home Care experience (Rx-drugs, medical devices, parenteral nutrition)
  • Very good knowledge of the German pharmaceutical and home care market
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Confident appearance in the medical environment combined with presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and communication skills combined with a structured, analytical working method
  • High willingness to travel
  • Very good German and English skills
