Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in the validation of new processes to the plant, process improvements, MIPs, SNCs, and NPDs.
  • Responsible for assuring compliances to all regulatory requirements – FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, EPA, etc.
  • Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOPs, equipment, policies and procedures, including any process specific requirements.
  • Lead assigned projects; create execution and implementation plans, follow-up on timelines and make sure deadlines are respected.
  • Continuously interacts with all the required functions and individuals ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensures identification and communication of projects risks to superiors.
  • Other areas of focus include: DPM, Conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, PFMEA, Digitization and Data Integrity.
  • Support plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting and be resourceful to a large manufacturing department.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory or Clinical Practices and Product Development Process requirements.
  • Demonstrated competences in all aspects of project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player

Education and/or Experience:

  • Engineering Degree or Equivalent in a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience, however any experience within manufacturing is considered an asset.
