Our growing subsidiary BAUER Equipment Maghreb represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the Maghreb countries and is looking for a Service Engineer (M/F/X) for its location in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your tasks:

• Perform repair, installation, commissioning, and start-up of heavy machinery and equipment
• Diagnose equipment faults and execute timely and efficient repairs
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electromechanical systems
• Conduct inspections, testing, and performance evaluations of machines
• Provide on-site technical support and basic operator guidance to customers
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation accurately
• Support emergency breakdown interventions to minimize operational downtime

Your profile:

• Diploma or technical degree (Bac+2/+3) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field
• Former proven experience in maintenance or servicing of heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial machines
• Strong mechanical and/or electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities
• Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Autonomous, problem-solving and hands-on working method, even under pressure
• Strong communication skills and customer-focus
• Fluent Arabic, English and French language skills are mandatory
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on customer sites
• Valid driving license is mandatory
