We're seeking dedicated team members (that we call our Tunifiers) to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. Bath Tune-Up is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-quality bathroom remodels with professionalism, precision, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
• Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
• Conduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standards
• Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications

• English as a first language (for safety and communication purposes)
• Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades
• Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in residential remodeling or construction
• Familiarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systems

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience
