We are looking for a high-energy, people-focused HR recruiting associate to join our hub in Zurich and help us scale our impact.
Your mission
You will be the engine behind our agent recruitment. You're not just filling roles, you're the heart of our cleaning agent community, hand-picking the talent that brings the Batmaid brand to life.
The full cycle: take ownership of the recruiting journey, from creative sourcing and marketing to interviewing and onboarding hundreds of agents.
The support hub: be the first point of contact. You'll manage calls and messages, supporting our agents with their needs and ensuring they feel part of the Batmaid family.
Project innovation: don't just follow the process; improve it. You'll help drive HR initiatives focused on agent retention, skill development and overall satisfaction.
