As an Operations Coordinator, you are the contact point for all our clients, including Albert Heijn, Carrefour, and Jumbo. You ensure that orders run flawlessly from arrival to delivery and invoicing. You are the direct contact for our B2B clients and seamlessly switch between sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance. Your goal: a perfect customer experience and a smoothly running process.

Your mission and tasks include:

Order processing and monitoring:

• Processing, checking, and confirming B2B customer orders in the system.
• Monitoring order statuses, delivery times, and agreements.
• Signaling and resolving deviations in orders, prices, or deliveries.
• Supporting the prioritization of orders in coordination with Supply Chain and Sales.

Customer contact and service:

• First point of contact for B2B clients for questions about orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Proactively informing customers about delays, changes, or exceptions.
• Handling and coordinating returns, claims, and complaints.
• Maintaining professional and consistent customer communication.

Order-to-cash and administrative control:

• Monitoring the connection between order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Signaling invoice discrepancies and supporting corrections (credit notes).
• Supporting Finance with questions about customer orders and payments.

Master data and system management:

• Managing and updating customer and order-related master data.
• Publishing product data to customers in GS1 and EDI connections with customers.
• Signaling data quality issues and improving system discipline.

SLA and service monitoring:

• Monitoring service levels towards customers.
• Reporting structural service problems to Supply Chain and Management.
• Thinking about improvements in service and customer experience.

Process improvement and onboarding:

• Responsible for the onboarding of new B2B clients in the system.
• Capturing and improving order and service processes.
• Actively contributing to efficiency, standardization, and automation.

Your profile – what you bring:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an operations, customer service, or supply chain role.

Experience with order-to-cash processes and ERP systems.

Strong in multitasking, prioritizing, and following up.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

Analytical ability and eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Experience with GS1, EDI, or B2B environments is a plus.
