Our members can reach us through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and complaint websites. Additionally, you will handle reviews in the App and Play Store. Besides contacting members through social media, you will perform various backoffice tasks, such as processing customer data, administrative actions, and supporting other departments as needed.
What will you do exactly as a Customer Support Agent?
You will address everyone who has a question or possibly a complaint through our online channels. Additionally, you will ensure that everything is followed up administratively. You will have the freedom to come up with out-of-the-box ideas to efficiently and customer-orientedly handle questions and complaints.
Our organization is internationally focused and fast-growing, where hard work but also a friendly and nice work atmosphere are central. Because the organization is growing fast, taking initiative and proposing ideas are valued and encouraged. The working language in our office is English, but Dutch, French, and Spanish are also spoken. This means you will deal with many different cultures.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 19:00 and on Saturday from 8:30 to 17:00. The start times can vary per shift.
