Our members can reach us through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and complaint websites. In addition, you will also handle reviews in the App Store and Play Store. Besides interacting with members through social media, you will perform various back-office tasks, such as processing customer data, administrative duties, and supporting other departments when necessary.
You will assist anyone who has a question or possibly a complaint through our online channels. In addition, you will ensure behind the scenes that everything is followed up correctly from an administrative perspective. You will have the freedom to come up with out-of-the-box ideas to handle questions and complaints efficiently and in a customer-focused way.
Our organization is internationally oriented and fast-growing, where hard work is combined with a friendly and enjoyable working atmosphere. Because the organization is growing quickly, taking initiative and proposing ideas is appreciated and encouraged. The working language in our office is English, but French and Spanish are also spoken. This means you will work with many different cultures.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Start times may vary depending on the shift.
