About You

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role acts as a highly trusted strategic partner, advisor, and coach to the SLT and Functional Leadership Teams. It focuses on delivering a proactive, forward-thinking approach to implement our people strategy while ensuring alignment with the overarching business strategy.

As a strategic partner to the SLT, you will lead HR initiatives that drive growth strategies such enhancing organizational effectiveness, capability building and talent development.

As a change ambassador you will coach senior leaders to drive business transformation, improve organizational culture, boost employee engagement, and create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the development, implementation and execution of the global People & Diversity agenda
  • Partner ELT to understand business goals and functional strategy to enhance organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes
  • Coach, guide, challenge and support respective ELT member and its leadership teams
  • Drive Organizational Design and Strategic Workforce Planning: analyzing workforce trends and modelling the future resource requirements
  • Support ELT and Senior leadership in driving a high-performance culture
  • Design strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning
  • Measure organizational health and lead initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and inclusive leadership
  • Develop and implement reward and recognition strategies
  • Support ELT and Senior Leadership driving organizational change as part of BC Next Level transformation
  • Development of High Potentials and Succession Planning for Senior Management
  • Proactively manage risks associated with labor relations and workforce composition
  • Drive change management initiatives
  • Role model BC leadership behaviors and culture ambassador
  • Provide functional leadership to local HR teams in our manufacturing sites to create ONE HR community
  • Leverage internal and external best practices

About You

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 2 years serving Global client groups
  • Experience of Business Partnering in a manufacturing / supply chain environment is preferred
  • Master in Economics, Administration, Business Management or HR Management (preferred)
  • High comfort with working "in the grey" and navigating through business transformation
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Sense of ownership and pride to be part of BC and mindful of your impact on company's success
  • Experience and track record in developing individuals and teams to realize their potential
  • Experience dealing with Executive & Senior stakeholders and ability to facilitate collaborative forums
  • Influential skills at all levels and directions
  • Leadership through developing and using effective strategies, change management and interpersonal skills
  • Effective in supporting multiple locations virtually and building/being part of a high-performance culture
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ethics
  • Comfortable navigating through change and uncertainty
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
