Develop, drive and grow regional aftermarket CVA, Parts, Service and digital solutions across the BWP Southern Africa territory by marketing and managing Aftermarket solutions teams, through the provision of support to regional PSSR and ISR sales individuals/teams. This is a group function and stretches across the Caterpillar Energy and Transportation Product lines, including Marine, Electric power and Industrial products. Support is provided through leadership to the regional PSSR and ISR sales teams, ensuring all sales systems and processes are in place to execute and support the strategic sales set out by the product vertical heads and top-level management.
Setting sales market share targets collaboratively with regional and territory sales teams and, BWP Exec and GrA operations manager.
Achieve and exceed business plan targets through provision of Sales support solutions
Develop solutions to drive customer satisfaction (360° Customer Solutions)
Consolidate regional sales forecasts to ensure forecasts meet market share targets
Providing data to regional and territory parts managers to ensure adequate coverage for opportunity on product vertical requirements, reviewing stock levels and forecasting parts requirements
Provide strategic guidance and direction to product specialists linked to all products sold and support by E&T
Ensure all system and process improvements for CVA, parts, service and digital solutions are in place

Ensure accurate sales data is available through systems such as salesforce and Power Bi and CAT platforms
Negotiate with Caterpillar for additional support to close specific deals to win overhauls, win parts sales and CVA growth
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Post Graduate Qualification (will be an added advantage)
8 to 10 years' experience in the sales or service environment
Minimum 3 years management experience
Proven leadership skills
