• Correctly identify the needs of the customer.
• Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively.
• Provide feedback and status updates to the customer.
• Actively sell parts to customers – Tele Sales and pick up on leads for potential sale.
• Liaise with customers to generate quotes and follow with reason for rejections to be analyzed.
• Follow up on all parts outstanding and provide/communicate progress to the customer, daily.
• Create credit returns in line with the credit return policy.
• Maintain all back orders and sales linked to outstanding purchase orders.
• Handling of Cash Sales / Credit Card Sales related to all SAP and CRM transactions / Internal and External customers.
• Afterhours/ Standby.
• Following up on open quotes.
• Minimum Requirements: Grade 12.
• At least 3 years of Sales/ Parts experience.
• Relationship building skills.
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to process orders accurately and timeously.
• Telemarketing / ISR Skills.
• Telephone Etiquette.
• Passion for the brand.
• Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively/ Handling Difficult Customers.
• Ability to provide options.
• Knowledge of BWE Parts System / Cat Systems.
• Mechanical understanding and basic business and financial acumen.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Performing After hours / Stand By duties.
• BWE SAP SD Knowledge and Experience/ Cat parts Systems.
