About Baringa:
We set out to build the world's most trusted consulting firm – creating lasting impact for clients and pioneering a positive, people-first way of working. We work with everyone from FTSE 100 names to bright new start-ups, in every sector. We find ourselves collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, from the big picture right down to the detail: helping them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk, or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world - from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. Find us wherever there's a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.
Our Financial Services practice is looking for a Summer Analyst to join the team.
What will you be doing?
Our eight-week summer internship program will kickstart your career in an award-winning management consultancy firm. You will gain an understanding of the consulting business model as well as valuable experience on aspects of the consulting project lifecycle, business analysis and client engagement techniques. You will be part of a high caliber consulting team working alongside industry specialists, and other consultants on project engagements. Our clients range from global retail and commercial banks to asset managers. Project locations will be wide-ranging and in addition to New York may include on-site client engagement across North America. During the internship, you will also have the opportunity to work with Baringa colleagues on initiatives designed to help continue to grow our Financial Services footprint across the US. We will also provide you with a 'buddy' from the business unit you're working for to ensure you have a friendly face to ask questions of during your time with us, as well as an advisor to guide you throughout your career.
