Software Engineer

Barclays Services LLC seeks Software Engineer in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):

• Develop highly performant and scalable applications with machine learning components to support Barclays' fraud technology.
• Develop REST based services which are highly scalable and resilient and ready to containerize.
• Develop event driven applications to capture real time customer events and convert them to data for predictions and modelling.
• Develop micro services to break down complex functionalities into tiny pieces of simple and highly efficient services for better performance and maintainability.
• Utilize Spring and Spring Boot to develop readily deployable web/batch applications within a short period of time.
• Develop Graphical User Interface applications with React with flux and micro service architecture.
• Utilize source code management tools to build Java applications into units deployable to public cloud.
• Deploy highly scalable, serverless, and containerized applications on private and public cloud platforms such as AWS and APAAS.
• May telecommute.

Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $179,982 per year

Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $198,000 per year

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
