You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.

To be successful as a Servicenow Project Manager you should have experience with:

• ServiceNow Project Management experience is mandatory
• Risk/Issues Management within ServiceNow
• ITIL certified is required
• Delivery Experience of complex Project including Integration projects
• Resource Management (MSP, T&M, Fixed Price) and experience with commercials

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with Service Risk Management
• Experience with PMO activities
• Understanding of Scrum and running Sprints
• Stakeholder Management
