To be successful as a "Senior Salesforce Developer", you should have experience with:

• Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience in building enterprise-level applications using ReactJS and RESTful APIs.
• Extensive expertise in frontend and backend technologies, particularly in ReactJS, JavaScript, Node.js, and microservices architecture, with a deep understanding of component-based design, API development, cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of application architecture, including UI/UX principles, backend service orchestration, and practical deployment of scalable and responsive web applications using containerized environments.
• Strong ReactJS skillset, including:
• Proficiency in React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Experience with component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with React Router, code splitting, and lazy loading for efficient navigation and rendering.
• Ability to build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Integration of React applications with RESTful APIs and authentication flows (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
• Experience in designing and implementing model evaluation frameworks, including performance benchmarking of APIs and UI responsiveness.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and their respective services for hosting frontend applications and backend APIs. Experience with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of both frontend interfaces and backend services. Implement optimizations for latency, throughput, and user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application architecture, API specifications, and integration processes. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and onboarding for team members.
• Comprehensive understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI development.
