Management and coordination between external stakeholders/partners and the bank, to successfully deliver joint projects and initiatives.

Development and management of key metrics including key partnerships, innovation initiatives and impact through regular assessments to calculate the return on investment and identify any potential risks and issues.

Coordinating multiple workstreams, deadlines and supporting governance actions and requirements in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Creating high‑quality reports, dashboards and presentation materials using Excel, and PowerPoint, translating operational data into clear insights for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Working knowledge of delivery and workflow tools such as Salesforce, Jira or equivalent platforms.
Curiosity about emerging technologies that can improve operational efficiency and oversight.
Exposure to financial services or other regulated industries, with familiarity with governance, financial oversight and compliance expectations.
Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools to produce clear insights.
