To be successful as a DevOps Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Extensive knowledge on GIT
• Good understanding of Jenkins, GitLab
• Hands on experience of AWS services such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS Lambda, IAM roles, S3, Service Catalog etc
• Good technical knowledge on Python scripting, Shell scripting
• UNIX knowledge
• DevOps knowledge
• Experience in developing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Usage of APIs in scripting
• Good knowledge on Release, Deployment and Change management process
• Knowledge of AWS services like AWS Glue, AWS Event Bridge etc
• Configuration management tools such as Chef
