Engineer III

Performs tasks, building rounds as pertains to BHC facility.

Staff will perform the following duties as directed by administrative staff in the Engineering department.

Maintain building, inspect systems, and does repairs.

Will also assist with rounding of building equipment and all other duties.

Ability to compute ratio and proportion, and percentage, to calculate surfaces, volume, weights and measures.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Graduation from an accredited trade school in a related field is desirable and may substitute for up to two years' experience.

Three to five years of mechanical experience in a commercial or healthcare facility.

Safe Day One is required and may be attained within the first 6 months of employment at BHC.

CHC is desirable but not mandatory.

Must have valid driver’s licenses.
