Job Summary
This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical ability and an interest in healthcare, technology, and consulting. You will support clients in interpreting workforce data, implementing software, and exploring the financial and operational impacts of workforce models. The role offers extensive training, hands-on client exposure, and a pathway into consulting, analytics, or product management.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Data Interpretation & Modelling: Analyse workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to support client decision-making and business case development.
- Software Implementation & Training: Assist with software rollouts, including configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
- Client Support & Engagement: Respond to queries, build relationships, and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Business Consulting: Contribute to financial and operational scenario modelling for clients.
- Documentation & Communication: Create user guides, training materials, and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with developers, consultants, and analysts to deliver seamless client solutions.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with adaptability and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Commerce, Human Resources, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
- Interest or background in healthcare, consulting, or software strongly preferred.
