Athlete Guest Services Liaison

This is an exciting, new opportunity to work within a premier program for professional/elite athletes, as well as high school, youth, and adults in the Phoenix community! Banner Scottsdale Sports Medicine is a three-story, 80,000-square-foot center welcoming and serving athletes at all levels, from youth to professional. Our comprehensive, one-stop destination offers numerous sports medicine services and specialists under one roof, with internationally and nationally renowned sports medicine providers and leaders. Services include orthopedic surgery, primary care sports medicine, concussion care, ambulatory surgery center, physical therapy, medical imaging, performance assessment and training, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, and sports psychology.

As an Athlete Guest Services Liaison with the High Performance Center (HPC), you will manage the reception area, coordinate the entrance and exit of athletes, clients, and teams, direct tours, take and direct incoming calls, assist with social media duties, and other daily operational tasks. In addition, you will assist with the management of the scheduling and billing platform employed by the HPC. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow professionally at our state of the art facility, while making a positive difference in the lives of patients and athletes.

Part-time and/or full-time positions may be available depending on current openings. Part-time hours are 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8pm and Saturday, 8am - 12pm (hours are set/cannot be changed).
