This role is responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and supporting growth of private and institutional philanthropic relationships. Ensures quality and timeliness of client service delivery. Is accountable for client satisfaction and retention; Coordinates reporting and delivery of the investment management portion of the client relationship driven by the investment partner. Supports sales activity as needed, providing administrative and specialized subject matter expertise; managing existing relationships in accordance with Fiduciary standards. May occasionally attend in person client meetings. The Philanthropic Officer is responsible for managing risk within the book of business and maintaining current knowledge of developing trends in philanthropy as well as policies and protocols germane to Philanthropic Solutions. Responsible for philanthropic project tasks; drive and own problem solving and resolution; participates in LOB task forces and work groups providing peers with skilled advice.

Pay and benefits information Pay range $80,900.00 - $103,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
