The Institutional Equity Sales Assistant will support the Boston Global Equity Sales team who cover the Boston-based Institutional Investor client base with BofA Securities' Global Equity offering across Research, Trading, Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Prime Brokerage.
To help facilitate the equity advisory needs of our clients, the candidate will need exceptional communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. A strong interest and passion for the equity markets is absolutely required. The candidate must be highly organized, diligent, and be able to multi-task at all times to support the needs of the Boston equity sales team. The individual needs to be a very motivated, self-starter who has the ability to creatively solve problems in order to support the entire Boston equity sales team's focus on assisting clients.
This is a support role for the Boston Equity Sales team and depending on the candidate’s experience will also have direct account coverage.
This role will either be an Analyst or Associate level depending on the candidate’s experience.
