- The role involves working with financial institutions to improve their digital banking experience for retail and commercial clients
- Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle from lead to close, actively prospecting and networking within the territory, and managing objections
- The position requires negotiating deals, navigating key decision makers, and achieving and exceeding sales quotas largely through outbound sales efforts
- Collaboration with different teams within the company, such as Support Manager, Customer Success Manager, Leadership, and Product Management, is essential to help close business
- The job also involves providing recommendations based on customer's business needs, conducting win/loss assessments, and working trade show events to increase lead generation
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a track record of successfully managing enterprise sales cycles, preferably in the financial services market
- Ability to inspire action and solve problems with clients, with a consultative and thoughtful approach to selling
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency to move deals to close quickly
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting to build a strong pipeline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
