About the Role:

As a Monitoring & Observability Engineer, you will become part of the team that further develops our centralized observability platform. The foundation is already in place, but the work moving forward is about developing data collection and creating a more proactive and scalable observability capability for the entire organization.

You work both hands-on with technical solutions and long-term shaping the platform's direction in close collaboration with development, operations, infrastructure, and security.

In the Role You Will:

• Build and further develop solutions for metrics, logs, and traces
• Develop the observability platform in Grafana and similar tools
• Create dashboards, alarms, and notification flows
• Automate recurring processes within operations and monitoring
• Work on troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident management

We Want You:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment and wants to be part of influencing. You have a broad technical foundation and a clear interest in observability, monitoring, or automation.

• Have experience with observability or monitoring tools like Grafana, Splunk, or Prometheus
• Understand how metrics, logs, and traces are used in complex systems
• Have experience with infrastructure, operations, or platform-related work
• Have worked with Linux, Windows, or container-based environments
• Are analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in collaboration with others
